The complex is well managed and taken care of by Yasmany, Angie and Moses. I enjoy living here, clean complex with peaceful neighbors and responsive managers. Highly recommend living here

|Recommended: YesWhere to begin. We are very, very happy we chose to live here Terra Villas. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are courteous, respectful, and so nice to talk with. They are always happy to help with any concerns, not that we have ever had any problems. The maintenance crew are just as courteous and helpful. |Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I have lived here since 2012 and just renrewed my lease again. They are very nice here and keep amenities fresh around the complex. Everyone of course at any complex needs to do their part - and management does their best to address any and all issues. Jessie and Moises are a great asset and always have time to care for any mantainence quickly and Jessie is a great at addressing issues with neighbors and makes sure things are attended to I def call this place home a DONT okan in moving anytime soon 5-stars

|Recommended: YesBest Place Ever — Where should I start, we are a cozy small clean quiet property with the best staff in the office and I will not leave maintenance behind very efficient. I stay here because the parks, walking trails, and most important for me the schools that my children go to. I have graded Tierra Villas with an A. They meet your expectations.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments To Live In — I live in a 3 bed 2 bath and they are spacious and roomy. Kitchen is on the smaller side, but typical for apartment. Air and heat work great and plumbing hasn't been an issue. Showers have good pressure and heat lasts a long time. Grounds are well kept and maintenance is the best I have seen. I love living here and don't plan on moving anytime soon
